Abenaki


Abenaki is one of two of our highest and newest treehouse cabins. Cradled between the branches of a 100-year-old maple, this cabin is located in arguably the best location for our great panoramic views, but still only a few minutes from the shower building and reception. This intimate cabin is perfectly sized for two. Well insulated with lots of windows, these popular cabins are easy to keep warm in winter and stay nice and cool in summer months.

Chic-Choc


Chic-Choc is one of two of our highest and newest treehouse cabins. Installed 15 feet high between a maple and a hemlock, this cabin is located in the very best location for our great panoramic views. This intimate cabin is perfectly sized for two. Well insulated with lots of windows, these popular cabins are easy to keep warm in winter and stay nice and cool in summer months.

Eagle’s Nest


Come and see what started the treehouse craze! Our original four-season treehouse is still one of the most popular! And we have just renovated it and doubled the space inside and out. The Eagle’s Nest is one of our smaller cabins, perfect for a couple, a small family, or a few close friends. Perched between two giant maples using a unique mounting system, this treehouse delivers a magnificent view East towards Owl’s Head that ensures you are the first in the Eastern Townships to see the sunrise. You will feel like a little kid again as you walk up the stairs and see the spectacular view few cabins anywhere can compete with.

Pic Bois


One of our latest additions, this treehouse sit above a giant boulder and attached to a beautiful maple tree.  A large partially covered deck lets you appreciate the forest view in all seasons.  Two double bunk beds make this an ideal choice for 4 people.  Made from ecologically harvested white spruce, this interesting treehouse is sure to become a guest favorite.

Hibou


This new treehouse for 4 sits on the former site of the Dinde Sauvage prospector tent.   Perched high between two 25 meter high maples, it offers an extra large deck and a bird’s eye view on a small pasture and surrounding forest.  Identical in size and layout to its neighbor Pic Bois, this cabin has something to offer in all seasons.

Paradis Perché


One of the greatest views of any rustic cabin in Canada, the Firetower is a replica of a park fire tower, common across North America for spotting forest fires. Perfect for two to six people, the view from 20 feet above our 1,000-foot summit will take your breath away. A circular staircase winds up to the covered front deck with views of Jay Peak in Vermont. Completely comfortable in every season, this very popular cabin requires early reservations.

Capteur de Rêve


The fourth tree cabin at Au Diable Vert, this whimsical creation features crooked windows, crooked walls, and a curved roof line you will have to see to believe! The largest of our tree cabins, it is specifically designed to meet the requests of our guests to share the treehouse experience with more friends. Over 16 feet high and perched in a 100-year-old maple tree, a view Southeast allows you to see sunrises over Owls Head and a wide view of the Green Mountains in Vermont throughout the day. A second-floor mezzanine ensures enough space for sleep and play for a group of friends or two families.

Snow Goose


One of only two treehouses with a capacity of 8 people, this new option offers the best view North on the summit of Mont Sutton, Round Top.  With 4 double beds and a large wood burning stove this is the perfect option for a group of friends or extended family.  While it a little further than other cabins, it offers an intimate location.  Sitting on the site previously occupied by the Treegloo, it is easy to heat in winter and to keep cool in summer with multiple windows.

Wood:

Firewood or eco-logs are required to heat all cabins.  While wood and kindling is pre-delivered to cabins (in the winter season), it is NOT included in the price of cabins.  You can estimate between $5 and $15 per day depending on cabin size, outside temperature and how much of your stay is spent inside.  You are welcome to bring your own eco-logs, but NOT firewood as there is a strict government ban on the transport of wood to and from our region.

Wood Prices: $7.39 plus tax per 26 lbs eco-logs (12x2.2 lbs) OR 24 lbs night-logs (4x6 lbs) OR firewood (10 logs=25 lbs+)  

 

What's Included:

  • Access to the central shower building, with toilets, showers and sauna (sauna open during winter season only)
  • Cooking facilities: Wood stove for cooking from October to April (bring your own propane stove to cook outside from May to September as it's too hot for the wood stove)
  • Lighting: Depending on the cabin, we provide LED lights with battery backups and solar panel or a light is installed in the cabin and powered by a battery pack we provide (you are not able to plug anything else in the battery packs)
  • Table and chairs for 2, 4, 6, or 8; counter/cupboard unit; picnic table; fire pit with a stainless steel grill; and an outhouse

What to Bring:

  • Sleeping bags or sheets/blankets (a winter sleeping bag is not required and sleeping bags can also be rented – please reserve in advance)
  • Pillowcases
  • Flashlights or headlamps
  • Towels and paper towels
  • ALL cooking/eating equipment

For your convenience we have kitchen boxes for rent equipped with the basics (Pots, pan, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cutlery, cutting board, kitchen knives, cooking spoon, spatula, can opener, bottle opener and corkscrew, plastic sink, dish cloth, dish soap and tea towels)
